This notice explains what information this website collects and how it’s used. The site belongs to Licia Smith, a REALTOR® licensed in Utah with Maki Real Estate, 134 E 300 N, Spanish Fork, UT 84660.
What the site collects
When you ask for the relocation guide, you give:
- your first name
- your email address
The form also notes that the request came from this website. It doesn’t ask for your phone number, address, or anything else.
When you visit, Cloudflare, the company that hosts the site, automatically processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, so it can deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
No cookies or trackers of our own. This site itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking scripts. The embedded YouTube videos are the one exception; see “YouTube” below.
How it’s used
- To send you the guide you asked for.
- So Licia can follow up with you about your request.
- To keep the site working and secure.
Who else handles it
- Zapier passes your guide request from this website to Licia’s contact system.
- Follow Up Boss is the system where Licia keeps her contacts. Your name and email are stored there.
- Cloudflare hosts the site.
- YouTube: the home page shows video players from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). They load with the home page (usually before you scroll to them), and YouTube may store data in your browser (cookies or similar storage) and receive your IP address, even before you press play. YouTube’s privacy policy applies to the videos.
- Calendly and Instagram: the “Book a call” and “Instagram” links take you to those services, and their privacy policies apply there. This site doesn’t send them your information.
- Maki Real Estate: Licia works under Maki Real Estate, her brokerage, which may also have access to these records.
- Information may also be shared when the law requires it.
How long it’s kept
Your information is kept for as long as it’s needed for the purposes above, or longer if the law requires. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time (see below).
Your choices
- Stop emails: email [email protected] or text 435-799-2395 and ask to stop.
- See, correct, or delete your information: contact Licia at [email protected].
- Do Not Track: browser “Do Not Track” settings don’t change anything here, because the site doesn’t track you.
Children
This site is for people looking at homes in the Provo, Utah area. It isn’t directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
